What’s next for you?

What’s Next Workshops (WNXT) are a series of interactive, topic-specific group sessions designed to empower you in uncovering what’s next in a certain area of your life…then help you create an action plan to get there.

WNXT Summer 2026

Life rarely follows one storyline. It’s dozens of threads evolving all at once and sometimes those threads pull hard. Careers shift. Relationships change. We wake up one day and quietly wonder: “is this really it?”

WNXT is a small, supportive community coaching series for people navigating life transitions who want clarity, confidence and energy without doing it alone.

Dates: June 5 – June 26, 2026 (4 weeks)
Time: Fridays, 10-11am MT
Where: Virtual via Zoom
Four weeks: $100 
Led by: Hilary Wheeler, ICF Certified Coach, Energy Leadership Master Practitioner

This is for you if you’re:

  • navigating a career change, empty nest, relationship transition, job loss or aging parent(s)
  • in that midlife “WTF is happening?” space feeling stuck, exhausted or disconnected from yourself
  • wanting something more alive and aligned than the version of life you’ve been pushing through
  • want clarity that includes both practical next steps and deeper inner guidance

What happens each week?

Each week will follow a steady, supportive rhythm so you always know what to expect. Sessions will include a mix of grounding, guided discussion, coaching and practical takeaways. Some weeks will lean more coaching-focused, others more reflective or tool-based, depending on what the group needs. You won’t be put on the spot, and you won’t be asked to share more than you want to. We’ll also set simple group agreements around confidentiality, respect and support.

Pre Work: Your welcome email will include a link to the WNXT Check-In form that includes reflection prompts about where are you are and where you want to go.  

We begin with centering + check-in

A few minutes to arrive, breathe and briefly share what you’re bringing into the space.

We explore a theme related to navigating “what’s next”

Each week has a focus. Things like identity, uncertainty, energy, inner wisdom, boundaries, self-trust, purpose, choice, courage, grief of what’s ending and hope for what’s ahead. It’s not a lecture. Just thoughtful framing, reflection and a chance to explore what’s true for you.

We bring it into real life

Through guided discussion, reflection prompts and optional sharing, we explore how that theme connects to what you’re personally navigating. I also work with intuitive reflection tools such as symbolic imagery (including tarot) when it feels supportive. 

Coaching + group support

Each session includes space for live coaching, reflection and support. You’ll leave with a practical takeaway such as:

  • something to reflect on
  • something to experiment with
  • or something to notice in your day-to-day life

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this therapy?

WNXT is a coaching experience, not therapy or crisis support. We’ll talk about real life and real feelings, but the focus is on awareness, choice and forward movement, not diagnosis or treatment.

There’s no such thing as size when it comes to stuff we’re dealing with. This space is for anyone who feels like they’re between chapters, out of alignment or asking, “is this really it?” If you’re unsure, reach out! We can talk through whether it’s a good fit.

Nope. You’ll always be invited to share, but it’s never required. You can participate in whatever way you like…out loud, in the chat, with emojis or simply by listening and reflecting.

Because WNXT involves personal reflection and group conversation, we don’t record sessions. This helps create a sense of safety, presence and confidentiality for everyone. 

If you miss a week, you won’t be “behind.” Each session is designed to stand on its own while still building over time. I’ll share any reflection prompts or practices from that week so you can stay connected to the overall flow.

As much as I wish I had a magic wand, WNXT isn’t a formula or a guarantee. I’ll bring structure, guidance, tools and support. But the real change comes from how you engage with what’s offered. People often leave feeling clearer, more energized and more connected to what matters, but the experience will be personal to you.

If you’d like additional support alongside the group experience, optional 1:1 coaching will be available to WNXT participants at a discounted rate.

WNXT: Mini Reset

Feeling stuck or holding onto something that no longer fits? Join us for a one-hour reset designed to help you clear mental clutter and make room for new ideas to take hold.

  • 15 minutes of gentle Tai Chi and light yoga to loosen the body and settle the mind.
  • 20-minute guided meditation while you sit or lie comfortably with music carefully chosen to support relaxation and focus.
  • 15 minutes of structured journaling to help you process, reflect and capture whatever surfaced.

This is a chance to step out of your routine and give your body, mind and spirit a chance to be heard in a supported, safe space.

No experience necessary. Gather your yoga mat, notebook and anything else you’d like so you can be as comfortable as possible during the experience.

Stuck at one of life’s many crossroads and not sure how to get unstuck? Join a WNXT where you’ll have a chance to share, learn and create a personalized plan of action with individuals in a similar situation. Workshops are offered in two formats: a 2 hour ‘mini’ session or multi-week, full-length format.
