Mindset coaching
A mindset coach isn’t going to dive deep into your childhood and past traumas like a therapist might do. They’re going to help you uncover the limiting beliefs, habits and perspectives that could be preventing you from achieving your goals – and give you tools designed to ‘rewire ‘ your thoughts… which will help you change your behavior.
Energy leadership
There are two types of energy: anabolic and catabolic. Anabolic is constructive, healing energy. Catabolic is draining and destructive. Energy leadership is the process of recognizing these energies in your life and using tools and skills to positively influence yourself and those around you.
Empowering beliefs
If you’ve ever had thoughts like "I'm not good enough" or "I can't do this" you're not alone. These types of beliefs are based on our very limited perception of situations over time - not reality. But the great thing is we always have a choice. A choice of what to think, what to believe and how to act.
Transforming fear into courage
Is a situation causing you to be anxious or fearful? It's time to shift your focus from the 'what' and turn it toward the 'why'. The real why. Once you get in touch with the fear that's driving your thinking or behavior, you can change anything in your life.
Self-doubt to self-confidence
At times it can be easier to doubt ourselves than 'the other person'. We did it wrong. We didn't understand. They know best. But when you move from the limiting habit of self-doubt to an empowering one of self-confidence, you'll see things in a very different light.
Turning pain into purpose
If you've experienced challenges or trauma in your life, you know what it's like to be in pain. But when you recognize that pain is a type of energy, one you can work to transform from catabolic to anabolic, you can uncover a new purpose.

New clients: initial session
All new clients start with an initial session where we’ll talk about your goals and challenges. We’ll also review options for assessments, chart a preliminary course of action and begin to coach around your number one priority.
Returning clients
Each session builds on the previous one with a focus on what’s important to you. Because mindset coaching is based on action and accountability, we’ll start by reviewing what actions you’ve taken, what’s worked and what hasn’t since we last met.
